| Perhaps the worst legacy of the Cold War is the rise of a tenured federal bureaucracy viewing elected officials as transient puppets and the American people as financial cows to be milked. Michael G. Leventhal |

A former US Department of Justice Immigration & Naturalization Service employee and Whistleblower to their criminal and terrorist friendly activities is brutalized by the bureaucracy. Caryl Leventhal was an employee of the USDOJ INS at 26 Federal Plaza New York City. In that capacity, she attempted to stop the selling of Green Cards and processing of visas without proper background checks. She was brutalized, terminated and replaced by someone more amenable to the corruption that was placing Americans at risk. Since 1996, Caryl B. Leventhal has been attempting to warn the bureaucracy and elected officials of activities that could cause the deaths of thousands of Americans through their virtual open door policy to criminals and terrorists. For her efforts, she has received a threat of death and threat of arrest and prosecution by the US Attorney's Office if this website wasn't censored to place the Department of Justice in a better light. It appears that John Ashcroft is too intimidated by his own bureaucracy to do anything at all. Like Janet Reno, he stands by like a sanctimonious beached whale, while the US Department of Justice bureaucrats grasp for more power at the expense of American's liberty and lives. |
