Major Owens is Caryl Leventhal's Democrat Congressman.  In spite of pleas from other members of Congress, Major Owens has refused to show a terminally ill constituent the courtesy of any response whatever.  He has proven himself to be a shiftless, do nothing, bureaucratic parasite who lives off the taxpayer and returns nothing but scorn.

Caryl Leventhal is a disabled former US Department of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service employee.  She was brutalized in response to her whistleblowing attempts at stopping internal corruption and terrorist friendly activities within that agency.  Congressman Owens' lack of concern is disgusting, as is his apathy towards five years of USDOJ cover-up and threats by the USDOJ INS bureaucracy.

You would think that Congressman Owens would be concerned about terrorism.  You would assume that he would be irate over the type of USDOJ Immigration and Naturalization Service corruption and ineptitude that led to the destruction of the World Trade Center.  But Congressman Owens is so out to lunch that he probably doesn't even know what happened on September 11, 2001.  And just possibly, an on-the-ball Congressman could have listened to this former USDOJ employee's warning and raised a red flag before over 3,000 Americans were murdered by terrorists on that fateful day in September.

Maybe Congressman Owens would be more responsive if Caryl was a political camp follower, drug dealer or inside trader with deep money pockets. Or maybe Major Owens is just terminally incompetent.  More to follow on this sedentary insult to our institutions of government ... 

Note: After September 11, 2001 terrorism that murders over 3,000 Americans, Caryl's husband Lt. Colonel Michael G. Leventhal will be placed on active duty.  His mission will be to protect the American people from the terrorism brought on by the terrorist friendly actions of the US Department of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service and apathetic elected officials.
